Employment in central government, universities and private business. During recent many years participation in numerous international projects as independent legal expert. Main activities included:
- Design of bespoke solutions for public procurement/concession/PPP legislation based on good international practices
- Review of national legislation to verify compliance with international rules
- Development of legislative and institution –building strategies
- Evaluation of risk allocation and contractual mechanisms in PPP infrastructure projects
- Preparation of tender documentation and designing the tender process of PPP infrastructure projects
- Advise on strategies and planning of the EU association process, including negotiation strategies
- Development and delivery of various types of legal training
- Advice on legislative preparation and law drafting

CAMBODIA: Various EU Projects on Reform of Public Procurement Law (2022 – on-going):
- Analysis of existing legislation on the basis of good practices as defined by procedures/model laws of UN,WTO, EU, OECD and international financial institutions.
- Assistance to development of legislative mechanisms and concrete drafts.
- Various training activities
ARMENIA: EU project concerning Justice Reform (2021 – 2022):
- Development of draft revisions to the Armenian Public Administration legislation
- Review of relevant international norms and national legislations as basis for developing the draft revisions.
- Assessment of the impact of the possible draft revisions.
KOSOVO: UK bilateral project concerning Assistance to Kosovo institutions in charge of public procurement, competition and state aid (2018 – 2020)
- Development and overall management of assistance concerning competition, state aid and public procurement.
- Advisory support to the public procurement review body (PRB) concerning decision-making and organisational reform.
- Preparation and implementation of a training program for PRB staff to improve legal interpretation skills.
LEBANON, EGYPT, JORDAN AND TURKEY: OECD/SIGMA asistance to public procurement reform (2015- 2021)
- Development of concept documents as basis for legislative reform and review of draft legislation.
- Assessment of institutional structures and capacities.
- Training in tender evaluation techniques and public private partnerships/concessions.
UKRAINE: Various EU projects on support to public procurement reform (2009 – 2025)
- Development of legislative strategies and planning for reform of concession, PPP and public procurement legislation in the context of the EU association process.
- EU compliance assessments (gap analysis) of existing legislation, concrete advice on drafting problems as well as clarifying the role of e-procurement.
